Nancy Patsios

Nancy comes to Sort It Out Boston from a lifetime of helping others. With a degree in Medical Assisting and additional studies in Healthcare Management, she has used her innate organizing and project management skills to improve quality performance programs for the healthcare industry by identifying, prioritizing, scheduling and implementing program measures across multiple programs. Additionally, she has spent countless hours volunteering through parent and community groups, organizing and chairing fundraising events, as well as working as a Sunday school teacher and teen group advisor.

Dedication to helping others streamline and manage processes provided the basis for Nancy’s previous role as Project Manager and certainly carries over as the owner of Sort It Out Boston. She is an expert at understanding the challenges that businesses and families face getting and staying organized; and understands what tools are required to be successful both at home and work.  

As a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO), and the local NAPO New England Chapter, Nancy served as the Chairperson for the Chapter’s Quantum Leap program, a community service effort that offers time, paper and money management classes to people who are disadvantaged and striving to make a positive transition in their lives. As the Quantum Leap Chair, she coordinated all aspects of the program including class scheduling, organizer participation and streamlining the supply and distribution processes to the program recipients.

Nancy enjoys helping others achieve a better, more organized process in their daily lives at home and work. She looks forward to working with clients to help them enjoy greater productivity and freedom through organizing and streamlining their homes and workplaces.
